These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern use of "Hakarun" (the "Service"), a monthly AI reporting service for SEO and website acquisition provided by CivilTech Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 — Definitions

"User" means an individual or legal entity that agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.

Article 2 — Accounts and Google Connection

• A Google Account login and connection to Google services are required to use the Service.
• You represent that you have the necessary authority over every account and dataset you connect.
• You are responsible for managing your account.

Article 3 — Service

The Service analyzes data obtained from Google Search Console, GA4, and related services and provides monthly reports. Analyses and recommendations are based on automated processing, including AI, and we do not guarantee their accuracy or any particular result.

Article 4 — Fees and Payment

Fees, payment methods, and subscription periods for paid plans are displayed in the Service. See our Commercial Transactions Disclosure for details.

Article 5 — Prohibited Conduct

• Violating laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
• Interfering with operation of the Service.
• Connecting data or accounts without authorization.
• Unauthorized analysis such as reverse engineering.

Article 6 — Data

User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 7 — Disclaimers

• The Service measures SEO performance and suggests possible actions; it does not guarantee SEO, MEO, AIO, or other outcomes.
• We are not responsible for issues caused by changes to or outages of Google APIs.
• Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.

Article 8 — Changes and Suspension

We may change or suspend the Service after giving users prior notice.

Article 9 — Cancellation

You may disconnect and cancel at any time. Data will be deleted after the retention period established by us.

Article 10 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Kobe District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over disputes relating to the Service.
